What is great way to be more kind to your self
Self-kindness and self-compassion are crucial for our general wellbeing. It's important to always remind ourselves to be kind and patient with ourselves since we live in a world where we are constantly pressured to succeed and be our best. Giving myself words of affirmation and challenging myself to give everything I do my best effort strike me as one of the most effective ways to be kind to myself. It can be difficult to strike a balance between the urge to pursue perfection and the need to treat oneself with kindness. But I've discovered that rewarding myself makes me feel more successful and content. No matter how small the accomplishment, I always tell myself I did a good job and give myself a mental pat on the back. On the other hand, I don't blame myself when things don't go according to plan.
